Let's take a look at the ol' to-do list, shall we? Bear in mind that I reserved today for doing homework because tomorrow I have a Spanish film screening 2-4 PM, orchestra 7-9:30 PM, and *hopefully* a media studies meeting around 10 PM... However I started off my day by sleeping til 2 PM. Fuck. Also, skipped out on going up to Albany for a funky old Baba bash with Liz, Cecca, and my "god-sister" due to "Oh, I can't, I have SO much to do today!"

So what DID I accomplish, really?

Calling parents to trill happily about bright prospects of new life plan of Film major and Santiago study abroad? Accomplished, but actually devolved into about an hour of crying about how they don't know what they're talking about and five classes is too much work and I don't have time to take everything I want to take and I like film but it's so useless and I wish I liked Media Studies but I don't and and and and

Reading 8 chapters of the history of any and all media? Weelll 1.2 chapters accomplished... must read at least 3 more tonight. Blargh.

Getting my media studies group to commit to an actual date/time to plan our presentations for Tuesday AND Thursday? Not accomplished, despite my best efforts.

Reading film chapter and studying for first film quiz? I read the chapter, the studying can wait.

Reading 34 pages of Latin American history, in Spanish? Not a single palabra.

Laundry? It's all at least folded in piles on my bare mattress, and took up a ridiculous amount of my time.

Replacing the endpiece of my bed? NO dammit, where is Josh, and how much do I have to coyly hint at needing his help??

Organizing my desk, copying my old notes into the correct notebooks, putting up anything remotely decorative on my sad bare walls? No no and no.

Crying makes me so so so tired... I wonder how much more time I managed to waste by typing this post up? Doo da dooo...

Going to do more homework, and/or hang out with Sam!!
